Where our data comes from

Content is generated from publicly available sources: SEC EDGAR filings, STOCK Act congressional trade disclosures, and public market data. We use AI (OpenAI's API) to summarize and analyze this public data. We make a good-faith effort to be accurate, but we don't guarantee that every summary is complete, current, or error-free — always verify against the primary source before acting on anything we publish.

Subscriptions and billing

The Scout tier is free and includes a weekly briefing with a 7-day signal delay.
The Operator tier is a paid subscription ($4.99/mo, or discounted quarterly/annual options) billed through beehiiv/Stripe, including daily briefings and real-time signals.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

LZ Alpha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, decisions made based on our content, or damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of LZ Alpha after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
